Centinel helps you identify and acquire coverage for relevant risk areas. Once you’ve activated your policy, we scan real-time databases to determine if a risk has occurred. If a risk you’ve purchased coverage for occurs, we’ll automatically send you payment.
You do not need to file a claim. According to the parameters of you contract, you will automatically receive payment. At Centinel your coverage payment is based on whether you experience the covered risk, not on how much damages the risk caused.
As soon as we detect a risk has occurred, we will automatically send payment to you.
